Belonging to the top universities in Delhi NCR, Santosh Dental College initiated a BDS course in 1995 that gained recognition from the Government of India. Initially enrolling 40 students, the course expanded to accommodate 100 students by 2004. Presently, Santosh Dental College stands as one of the premier dental colleges in India, offering a comprehensive program that delves into the physical and biological aspects of oral healthcare.

The institution also offers an MBBS course at the undergraduate level, along with postgraduate medical courses such as MD, MS, M Sc, and doctoral (PhD) courses. These programs have received accreditation from the Medical Council of India, granting degrees in 17 different disciplines. In 2007, the medical college was granted Deemed University Status by the Ministry of HRD of the Government of India, following a recommendation from the University Grants Commission.
